When we scroll in blog create/edit page, the title input field and toolbar of content input field overlay on the navbar

Only a part of bullets are visible

Users can read blogs, make a copy of the blog, edit them and submit a edit review to the original blog. The author can review edits and accept/reject them.

The archive and publish buttons in edit blog page is partially invisible.
