Hello.

Bind works fine with native serialization, but with Nancy.Serialization.ServiceStack 1.4.1 + ServiceStack.Text 3.9.71 is doesn't work when called two times in a row. Second instance is not deserialized.

It also will be nice if Nancy.Serialization.ServiceStack use latest NuGet of 3x ServiceStack.Text 3.9.71 instead of outdated 3.9.11.

I would have submitted a pull request but this repository does not appear to contain the nuspec file used to generate the corresponding nuget package.

Since recent releases of ServiceStack.Text have switched major version from 3 to 4, where v4 is not technically compatible, has licensing restrictions and is based on the new commercial release of the ServiceStack libraries I would suggest that this library is modified to depend on v3 as follows:

The update to 4.0.5 has already broken one of my projects and I cannot use nuget to uninstall SS.Text since this library depends on it.
