Create Verilog Modules and Testbenches for Digital Logic.

In this project, the lowest level of abstraction we will focus on is digital logic blocks i.e logic gates, registers, MUXs. Having this knowledge is necessary and will create a solid foundation when designing the RISC-V Processor.

Create a README within directory that goes over Digital Logic. Teaches people about different logic gates and how they work, how logic gates are configured to create registers, how logic gates are combined to create basic arithmetic operations etc.

Talk about transistors:

• Mention how they work
• Talk about different configurations and how it leads to logic gates.
