  1. I don't really understand what you mean by "show system and planet name in the
    mission listing".

  2. Would be feasible - will implement it.

  3. This would be trickier, I mean how would you define the marker? In Lua? or
hardcoded like now. What different markers would you propose? Could be interesting.

  4. Generating missions on entering would definitely be interesting but could be
tricky in the case of multiple planets, definitely worth a thought.

  5. What do you mean by "highlight target if mission is selected in info pannel"?

  6. Where would you want the date to be displayed? At the top of the mission computer?

  7. Yes, was thinking about allowing missions to add notes to an in-game HUD. So
you'd have a list with what missions you have active and maybe some lines of text
they display. Would be a bit of work.

Overall the ideas are pretty solid, will most likely try to implement most if not all
of them. Some need more concretion though.

1)I meant the mission list that pops up if you press "i". The list entries texts
specify the planets to go to and the system is only visible if you click on the
entry. Since the star map shows the system and not the planets name it is difficulty
to find the right system. Displaying the System name in the list and the planet on
selecting an entry would make it easier.
3) I had no specific look or way of implementation for the markers in mind. Different
colors and different positions of the little red triangle could be used, blue could
be passenger transport, orange cargo, red anything with deadline ... I attached an
illustration.
5)if you open the mission window with "i" and select a mission it should be
highlighted on the map or there should be a way to set the autopilot to the mission
target.
6) wouldn't mind.

Implemented and I'm liking it a lot! Poke me if I forgot something.
