Currently we rely on exposing the database to the internet (Still behind the firewall) and running pg_dump / psql from the host machine to backup and restore postgresql database content. We should be able to replace this with a call to docker exec from the host machine:

$ docker exec dockerfarnsworth_db_1 pg_dump -U postgres docker | gzip > "backup-<house>-$(date +%F).db.gz"
$ gunzip -c "backup-<house>-<date>.db.gz | docker exec dockerfarnsworth_db_1 psql -U postgres docker

If this works, we can replace my docker-postgresql with the official postgres image that it is based on and remove the POSTGRESQL_PASS that is currently required. Preferably we would use fig exec db instead of docker exec dockerfarnsworth_db_1, but fig still needs to add support for the exec command.

Ideally a person shouldn't have to consult the README, they should just run ./backup.sh > output, ./restore.sh < output, etc
