implement cli command

./cortex leave -id=node1

Ensure checkbox doesn't add non responsive behaviour on cortex UI.

rule event type patterns should match a specific pattern: org.domain.machine.service_name

a cli command for taking snapshots:

./cortex snapshot -id=node1

If event name is bigger than certain size it will overflow. Snapshot attached for reference.

User should be able to identify which script is currently selected for viewing/editing.

Validate if hook endpoint has http scheme and ignore if empty.
