We don't think that this is a feature flaw, considering that the feature is still very easy to use and doesn't use any of its functionality. In addition, the priority levels are documented in the user guide as well, so the user can just check the UG to figure out the colour scheme.

Reason for disagreement: Thank you for your response. The feature itself works as intended and is documented correctly, no arguments about that. The reason I flagged this as a feature flaw is that you have a feature here in your application that quite literally forces all your beginner users, and also forgetful users in general, to constantly reference back to your UG in order to gain full utility from it. This is of great inconvenience in my opinion. Either indicating the priority level within the tag itself or having a legend within the application would solve this inconvenience for these groups of people. Sure, maybe it is easy to identify that red is the highest level because it is more or less universally understood but the other priority levels are not as straightforward. As such, I don't see any premise for outright rejecting this bug.

Reason for disagreement: Users would have to frequently use this feature and reference the UG multiple times before they become familiar enough to not be inconvenienced by it. As such, I believe the initial severity was justified, this is not just a small population of the user base.
