EPIC v2.0 chemistry RF model

I'm trying to predict purity estimates for EPIC v2.0 chemistry samples. Is there a Random Forest regression model trained on EPIC v2.0 array data available?

Issue with downloading the package

Dear Martin Sill:

I'm having issues downloading this package. Would you have any suggestions for this?

Error: (converted from warning) package ‘minfi’ was built under R version 3.6.1  Execution halted  ERROR: lazy loading failed for package ‘RFpurify’  * removing ‘/Users/user/Library/R/3.6/library/RFpurify’  Error: Failed to install 'RFpurify' from GitHub:    (converted from warning) installation of package ‘/var/folders/vs/wc7d5v9x7x3g40tqs3yd7j3c0000gp/T//RtmpIK2fIO/file41e97d02f4b/RFpurify_0.1.2.tar.gz’ had non-zero exit status

I also tried manually downloading your package. Function predict_purity() seems to work, until it calls function predict_purity_betas(), when an error is given.

Error in rownames(RFpurify_ESTIMATE$importance) :
object 'RFpurify_ESTIMATE' not found

It seems RFpurify_ABSOLUTE and RFpurify_ESTIMATE R objects are not defined anywhere. Also your NAMESPACE file is not exporting the two functions (predict_purity, predict_purity_betas). Further, you may benefit from having biocViews: in your DESCRIPTION file.

Thanks!
