python package install doesn't work when running as admin (python is not recognised). Direct python.exe reference works, but is version-dependent

• Add an index.html for a simple home page
  In install script:
• add mapping for ho.me in hosts file
• set up home page in local IIS

some plugin installs fail and require progress confirmation

Copy over keypirinha config files in one of the install scripts

Diff between ce-desktop and ce-surface
Compare those with the result of a fresh install -> export settings (settings have changed due to new versions)

iis features sometimes require confirmation (but not always?)
also they take ages to check through each already-installed one the second time around. Get a list of features first and only install ones that aren't already installed

Urlrewrite not working first time through, might need a reboot because of IIS feature installation?
