Although the first intended production scenario uses a proprietary Nullable<> implementation, the library wouldn't be complete without some form or null value handling. Right now null values are simply converted to their default values.

Provide a way to map objects into TParams. This would be useful to provide typed parameters for both select and insert/update statements.

Note: I have only borrowed this idea from Dapper, not given it any thought yet on how to implement it in Dainty in an elegant way.
Perhaps some helpers for common datasets would be nice as an extension to reduce the amount of boilerplate required (set params, open, loop).
