這是由我自己慢慢參考別人的所寫出來的一個小小的代碼，有需要的人可以拿走，但請勿用於商業內容，
我並不是一個很會寫Code，這本用於 台灣RP 伺服器，但因為伺服器即將關閉預計 2020/3/27號 關閉
用不到了所以公開出來給有需要的人去使用。

I am not a very good at writing code, this is used for Taiwan RP server, but because the server is about to shut down, it is expected  to be closed on March 27, 2020
It is not used, so it is made public for those who need it.
