[claim_templates][Enhancement] Make log reviewer-friendly

As pointed out by Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthewing), there are false positives, so reviewing (or at least making it easy for people to review) is needed.

I want to regularly review all edits made from ja:user:NoclaimsBot/Template claim

By "reviewing", I mean scrolling through the list and spending 0.2 second per item checking whether it sounds like a false-positive or not.

The current log is extremely hard to read fast:

Working on Tokyo Central Park using Template:Infobox park
Working on Osaka Green Hill using Template:Infobox park
Working on Joe Biden using Template:Infobox park

I could go through such a list 20 times faster:

[Template:Infobox park] Tokyo Central Park
[Template:Infobox park] Osaka Green Hill
[Template:Infobox park] Joe Biden

Ideally, the log would be in HTML format, so that in case of doubt I can check the article to check whether it is really a park, and fix the item if it is something else.

Also, splitting by language would allow me to concentrate on my pet language/templates, without the log being "polluted" by other languages.

CRITICAL: Exiting due to uncaught exception <class 'PermissionError'>

when trying to run wikidata_uploader.py I get the error:

I've changed the deprecated "ignore_warnings=True" to "report_success=False"
