Polymorphic Lookup Manager throwing error when creating new field when connected to an on-premise instance

polymorphic field error

I am connected to an on-premise v9.1 instance of Dynamics 365 CE, and I am trying to add a Polymorphic Lookup Field to this instance. I am connected, and can get all tables etc. I have already managed to create a field using your plugin tool in XRMToolbox when connected to an online version. However, I get the above error when I try to create the field when connected to the on-premise instance. Can you help at all? Thank you.
