it seems to have a 1 pixel offset everytime it scrolls, i am using full height sections which makes it obvious, i can see the next section's top row of pixels

one problem this is causing is i am triggering a (sticky menu) class when scrolling > 0, but clicking the first dot means it never scrolls back up to 0 so nothing gets triggered

edit: ok i see that line about chrome in the code, what's that about? i'll just make my trigger at > 1 which seems to work around the issue

Plugin errors out in case of missing data-name attr.

Error Message:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'length' of undefined

I have fixed the bug and can upload it here given that you grant me access rights for uploading branches and creating pull-requests.
