Lyft has express permission to use the Envoy name and the Envoy logo, which are otherwise owned by The Linux Foundation (TLF). The Envoy name is used with permission from Linux and the Cloud Native Computing Foundation notwithstanding the assumption that if this project finds traction it will be donated to the Envoy proxy project.
