I use CMake tool to create VS2010 Project and compile "Cornucopia" project, 
report some errors(about 8 errors), for example:

Error   4   error C2780: 'void Cornu::MulticurveSparseEvalData::_solveCholL(M1)' : 
expects 1 arguments - 3 provided    C:\Program 
Files\TortoiseHg\cornucopia-lib\Cornucopia\Combiner.cpp 168 1   Cornucopia

6   IntelliSense: no instance of function template 
"Cornu::MulticurveSparseEvalData::_solveCholL" matches the argument 
list    c:\program 
files\tortoisehg\cornucopia-lib\cornucopia\combiner.cpp 162 9   Cornucopia

Isolate the header files in the library from the interface to the library.
Prevent things like warning disable and smart pointers from affecting projects 
dependent on cornucopia.

I think the library is very useful, but I want to fix start and end point 
position. how to set parameter?
