Version control (semver)
I can see "version": "0.0.1" in mpds/visavis/-/package.json and no other version mentions.
How do I specify a new version?
Clean URLs with $mol
This seems to be very non-trivial w.r.t. https://mol.hyoo.ru/#!section=docs/=4jpjgg_1ofop4 however still very much desirable as a cutting-edge technology.
*notify* does not work inside individual plots

Ternary (triangle) phase diagram is broken on certain screen resolutions
This is an old problem, unfortunately... concerned to the separate rendering of the triangle frame and triangle content.
Packing into single-file bundle
A single file with everything inside is incredibly convenient. Would that be supported by $mol?
Slow compilation
Among the advantages of $mol was called a quick compilation. However, in my case an initial compilation with npm exec mam takes more than two minutes 😨 given my internet connection is broadband and my hardware is quite modern (Intel i7).
Steps to reproduce:
mkdir my_cool_project
cd my_cool_project
npm exec mam
then I navigate to http://localhost:9080/mpds/visavis/app/-/test.html and it's looooooading...
