Visavis integration

Currently, it's done as simple as accessing the iframe contentWindow:

This causes problems if Ermac and Visavis are loaded from the different domains.

this works:

Get rid of jQuery entirely

This should be very straightforward, except the jquery.tablesorter.js and selectize.js dependencies.

Table sorting does not account exponential powers

PD3D app: a new button "Show all Ternaries" ("A,B,C, ternaries, phase diagram")

Entries, phases, and articles views should be separate routes

otherwise it is a very bad experience with the "back" button, cf. also #3
