Rep steps:

1. $ cargo run.
2. Enter insert mode.
3. Write something (more than 1 character).
4. Enter normal mode.
5. Press dd to delete the line.
6. Panic!

This only breaks when cursor is not on the first character on the line.

Expected behaviour:
Terminal state being restored on exit.

Actual behaviour:
My blocky, filled, unblinking terminal cursor turns into kaka's blinky-line cursor after normal :q exit.
