I am unable to execute setup.py install. If I use python 3.6 and install TensorFlow 1.13, it gives an error, unsupported python version and asks to get python 3.8.
and if I install python 3.8 then it's not letting me install Tensorflow 1.13.

Can you please help me with the proper packages and library virsions?

I was trying to execute the example given in the git. but got: ValueError: face argument must be a valid path to video/image file error.

Here is the code I tried:
