Allow passing in dataframe containing a geoid and label to be able to use the Stripplot on more than just the state level

• Allow imputing string such as "county" or "state"
• Pass in geometry such as in mapbox instance

The legend circle size isn't accurate since the circles on the map are plotted using geopands centroid.buffer() where as the ones in the legend are plotted using an 's' argument on a matplotlib scatter plot
