I realize there are several threads on this, but I don't see a solution. Photos download as .png files, but videos don't download at all. I have deselected "auto" quality and tried other suggestions from the threads. Nothing works. Would love to see an update. Thanks.

Just tried downloading something and got:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading '2')
    at HTMLDivElement.onDownloadClickModal (content.js:formatted:38:36)

The line in question:

const downloadLink = event.path[2].querySelector(".video")?.src || event.path[2].querySelectorAll(".image")[1]?.src || event.path[2].querySelectorAll(".image")[0]?.src;

I tried debugging a little and the onDownloadClickModal method seems to get a PointerEvent which does not include a path attribute.

Browser is ungoogled chromium.

I get the above error when downloading videos from messages.

hello again. there could be an issue with downloading multiple images in a gallery. it still works for when its just one video or image in a post, but if theres multiple in a bundle it seems not to work. if im just retarded then i sincerely apologise ;_;

Hi i've been using the downloader for some time now, and just today, IDK if its just me, but when you click to download multiple photos in one post you click on the first download by the like button for the post but then don't get the download icon in the upper left. i have uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail, even tried in incognito and still isn't working?

Has anything happened to the extension, i followed the instructions but not getting the download functionality?

When I try to download video files with this extension, the Windows Explorer window specifies the file type as PNG. This appears to apply to all video files across multiple different content creators to whom I am subscribed. I have deleted the extension, redownloaded and extracted (after unblocking the archive), and the problem persists.

If I try to download a video or something instead of downloading it as an .mp4 file or whatever it just downloads to .png this is a fairly recent issue I noticed within the last few days

Any chance there is an update with getting videos to download? I only seem to be able to do pictures

I already checked that I am on the latest version of both Fansly and the downloader

I don't know if it's possible but maybe a way to download all content from a creator in one click?

This new version was supposed to fix an issue with downloading videos, but it seems to be broken. It does not do anything when clicking the download buttons. I also see some errors in the chrome extensions area. Images do download without any issues for me.

It downloads audio as a png, and changing the file extension to mp3 doesn't make the audio work. It downloads videos just fine but not audio. Is audio a work in progress?

hello, just informing you that fansly seems to have done some kind of update to their site which makes this downloader no longer function. could totally be some sort of error or mistake on my part, but it was working fine with no issues at all until a recent website update. if you knew about this already, disregard.

For some reason i can download some (very little) content but most is unresponsive when the download button is clicked.
Errors:
Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Failed to fetch
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'split')

We can anymore downloads gif. Video and photos work.

you can click it, but nothing happens

I think Fansly updated their system and the download button no longer works. I tried on a fresh install of chrome and still no luck.
