Dockerize the tool so we can pass it a volume. Volume can be:

• release.yaml, helm-charts, release secrets, and release values
  or
• release.yaml that only sites remote helm charts, release secrets, and release values

1. kubeconfig and aws will be unique per person but static once origionally set. An idea could be to update helm-releaser.sh to require those flags to be set the first time where it then exports them as environment variables for later use.

first time running the command:

./helm-releaser.sh -k /Users/kyleg/.kube/config -a /Users/kyleg/.aws -r /Users/kyleg/go/src/github.com/moosecanswim/helm-releaser install default fibonacci

then future runs could be:

./helm-releaser.sh -r /Users/kyleg/go/src/github.com/moosecanswim/helm-releaser install default fibonacci

2. chris could help with creating a distribution piece to this

3. Can -r flab be relative or $PWD?

AWS_PROFILE=di2e-aws helm install nifi generic-chart --version 1.0 -f ./apple.yaml -f ./apple.yamlhelm install -n dia-test

make this dynamic

im not sure if this change breaks the helms secrets plugin setup (may be two separate things).

since helm is dockerized we done have helm repos added so we can not use them.
