Vanilla JS shopping list

Welcome to the Shopping List App! This web application allows you to create and manage your shopping list online. You can add items to your list, filter them, edit existing items, update item details (work in progress), and the list is automatically saved even after reloading the page. Additionally, the app prevents duplicate items from being included in the list.

• Add Items: Easily add items to your shopping list.
• Filter Items: Filter the list to find specific items.
• Edit Items: Edit existing items to update their details (work in progress).
• Automatic Save: The list is automatically saved even after reloading the page.
• Prevent Duplicates: The app prevents duplicate items from being included in the list.

1. Visit the Shopping List App in your web browser.
2. To add an item:
   • Enter the item name in the input field.
   • Click the "Add" button or press Enter to add the item to the list.
3. To filter items:
   • Enter a search query in the filter input field.
   • The list will dynamically update to display only matching items.
4. To edit an item (work in progress):
   • Click on the item in the list.
   • Update the details of the item.
   • Press Enter or click outside the item to save the changes.
5. To remove an item:
   • Click on the "X" button next to the item in the list.
   • The item will be removed from the list.
