Reproduce by:

• Observe a single gene expression on the heart (eg Myl7).
• Upload a gene set (eg http://software.broadinstitute.org/gsea/msigdb/download_geneset.jsp?geneSetName=IKEDA_MIR133_TARGETS_UP&fileType=grp)
• Observe the single gene expression again
• Toggle to to absolute display mode (click the 'N' button so it changes to 'A')

The colours will not match the original pre-upload colours - in most cases all red (top of the scale).

I suspect the when processing/normalising the data to display gene set average expression the underlying per-gene per-part gene expression is being modified, or there is an error in logic around the setting of Colour.maxValue, Colour.norm and Colour.colourHeartPiece lMax and lMin args.

Expected behaviour:
Clicking on the "Upload gene set" button causes a native browser file selection popup to appear.

Observed behaviour:
Clicking on the button does nothing. No Javascript console messages.

Tested on Firefox (ubuntu v66.0.2) and Firefox Developer Edition 67.0b6 (64-bit).
