Add recyclerView

1. Added splash screen and navhost to activity.
2. The splash has a loading screen. Once the loading is complete, navigate to the next screen.
3. When the back button is pressed from the home screen, the splash screen will not appear.

1. All screens in the app have the same top bar,
2. All screens load and appear below the app bar,
3. The drawer menu is the same for all screens.
