Add directions for how to recover downloaded files for each service

Hi , thanks for your work particularly for Discovery

Regarding Watson Assistant , what does your tool bring on top of the Export / Import functions for skills available in Watson Assistant ?
Do you allow for backuping several skills at the same time ?

Add ability to also recover data from backups

You also want to save the configuration
configuration has the model associations
I think the flow would be as follows (edited)
get collection details returns configuration id
it also have training_status and crawl_status .. that you probably want to check before downloading the docs for backup

configuration details has the mode_id for WKS models .. not sure we can backup/copy the model
other things that you would probably want to backup is Query modifications: expansion list, tokenization dictionary, and stopword list.

all these are critical to recreating EQUAL collection back again.

Need a way to deploy this into Watson Studio - AND have it auto-update as we make improvements. Not sure if this is possible - we might need to update the code in our "master" Studio instance, and then publish back out to GitHub.....
