Depends on moving sprites todo and #40

I think that having the canvas width as same as the monitor is giving us some performance issues here

First we need #22 so the player has lives.
After the explosion the player position should reset to the start position.

With esc, key event. And enter to resume the game.

Enemies shoot at any time (maybe random) or just when the player is at their visual cone ?

Move objects to classes, lets use the composition paradigm.

Both startup scene and title scene, doesn't look good on lower resolution monitors. It's needed to use relative positions.
