We need to change the pso.rb package(?) so that it fits our objective.

Tasks:

• change the objective_function so that it'll test the Automata (as in dfa_pso_func in dfa_test_func.py)
• if possible, change the search function, so that the objective_function can be passed as an argument
• update the algorithm, so that it searches only through integers (currently it searches in real numbers' space, eg.: 2.0242)
