cleanaspnetcorewebapi's Issues

Violation of clean architecture principles

Hi I am using this source code as a reference to implementing clean architecture in ASP.NET Core 2.1 MVC.
In this code the validation logic for api request models is written in the presentation layer e.g. (RegisterUserRequestValidator) which contradicts the rule that business logic should be in domain layer

Entities vs DTOs

Hi @mmacneil

Great seeing new stuff being added daily.
In fact, I am working on a very similar pet project using TypeScript instead of C#, so your project gives me a really good starting point, cheers.

My questions for you at this point are:

  • why Token.cs is listed under Dto, but User.cs is under Entities? I would expect both to be under Entities.
  • what's the best definition for dtos?

autofac circular reference

Hello! I try to use the architecteture and add a new controller following the example of the existing one but in runtime autofac is complaning about circular reference.
