The module contains the AS5048B integrated circuit, which allows the measurement of the magnetic field perpendicular to the surface of the integrated circuit. To measure the angle, position a simple two-pole magnet over the center of the chip and rotate it. The sensor will provide a high-resolution absolute angle measurement. Connect the module to your microcontroller using the I2C interface to read the angle data.
