The workflow
============

0. Remove or backup "output/" directory if it exists 

   $ rm -rf output/ 

1. Create the file that contains the ids of all users

   $ sh/population.sh 

2. Generate activities

   $ sh/activities.sh

3. Generate initial situation for Day 0

   $ sh/init.sh

4. Simulate infections for n days

   $ sh/simulate.sh n
