Sinatra base application

Features:

Sets up Sass to try load & include Compass and Bourbon
Mounts middleware that handles Sass & CoffeeScript compilation and HTTP cache headers
Sass output set to compressed in production
JS files concatenated & minified in production

You might want to:

Pick either Compass or Bourbon and remove the other from bundle
Remove Haml from bundle if not using it

Script concatenation

If you're a speed freak, you might be interested in this: http://blog.getify.com/2009/11/labjs-why-not-just-concat/

Apparently, loading one big script is slower than loading multiple smaller scripts.

Compass fails to be required

When I try to run the app, Sinatra Boilerplate fails to require Compass. It was better before when Compass was required at the top of the file. It worked that way.
