Bluetooth Control Does not ask for password when pairing keyboard

When connecting a bluetooth keyboard.... I type PAIR and the name of the device... and then it gives me a PIN CODE for the bluetooth keyboard...

however when I type CONNECT then the name of the device. there should be a user prompt that says "Please enter the pin code on your device"

else how else is the user supposed to know what to do next? This is only obvious to the people who designed the program....

I know this seems stupid but it's kind of an important prompt to put in.. see picture.
