Hey Ayako I just had a chance to read your values blog and I really enjoyed it. I think its great you have faith in yourself and you are able to see how far you've come already since starting phase 0. I really liked the example you used with your coworker and the faith you felt in yourself. Personal development is really important and we have to commit to ourselves to improve if we want more tomorrow than we have today. I hope that you aren't too concerned about the stereotype threat, you are going to do great in our bootcamp!

On a user experience note, I found it a little bit hard to read your blog with the dark gray background and the white text. It might be easier to read with a slightly lighter background. Look forward to hearing from you :)
