Dependabot couldn't find a Dockerfile for this project.

Dependabot requires a Dockerfile to evaluate your project's current Docker dependencies. It had expected to find one at the path: /Dockerfile.

If this isn't a Docker project, or if it is a library, you may wish to disable updates for it in the .dependabot/config.yml file in this repo.

Are HMCTS complaint reference numbers incremental?

Not an issue, just a (hopefully) quick question.

Are HMCTS complaint reference numbers incremental?

E.g., given 2 complaint reference numbers issued subsequent to complaints submitted by a member of the public via the online form โ€“ e.g.123 and 234 โ€“ is it fair to assume the larger reference number indicates that complaint was recorded at a later date?

Apologies, I'm personally curious and didn't know where to ask what these reference numbers mean, if anything.
