Its no bug of the mod. The engine detaches the player from object when he leaves the game/server. There is no value stored if or where to the player was attached to when quit, so there is no way (except some strange workaround in each mod) to reattach the player on rejoin

In order to fix this you'd have to save the attachments of all players and re-attach them on join.

And then some mods do and other not. If doing so this should stored by server and done engine side, not by mods IMO
