Description

This phase involves, rendering a map-image file that shows the approximate geolocation of the device running the code along with a radius of accuracy displayed in the map-image.

GeoCoordinate Watcher

Description

The initial phase involves using the geocoordinate watcher class which supplies coordinate-based location data from the current location provider.

Sub-Feature

  • Developing a process to extract geolocation data from the device using the geocoordinate watcher class.
  • Developing a method to update the geolocation data upon moving beyond a certain threshold from the initial or previous position.
