The Queue is appended with the three actions below with specified priority (Higher priority runs first)

Reproduction:

Normal priority is added
turtle.up() sleep(5) turtle.down()

Waits one second, then a high priority action is added.
turtle.up()

Waits one second, then a low priority action is added.
turtle.down()

Expectation:

The normal priority action runs for 1 second and pauses while the high priority action is running. When the high priority action is finished, the normal priority action should continue. When the normal priority action is done, lastly the low priority action should begin.

Actual result:

The normal priority action runs for 1 second and then stops/pauses. Meanwhile, the high priority action is running and when this high priority action is finished, the low priority action runs. (Note: The normal priority action does NOT continue in the actual results)
