Installation

To use this code, install pytorch <= 1.50 (tested with python 3.8 on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS. Will update to latest Pytorch ASAP).

Training and Testing

training:

run Test_feature_loss_3dKnee_MELD_training_clean.ipynb

testing:

run Test_feature_loss_3dKnee_MELD_testing_clean.ipynb

I am interested in your reserch result, so I would like to run your code but get trouble in the data of your code. I can't acquire your original data especially "mps" data.
