The FAM file definition has changed a bit since we created the example records and JSON schemas that are included in this module's ramls directory. We need to update them.

At present, /app-manager/apps simply returns a complete set of apps. That's fine now we're using toy data sets where two sources contains two and one apps each, for a total of three, but might not be when there are hundreds of apps. Then we will want to support ?query=CQL sortby CRITERIA as RMB-based modules do. We will want to update the RAML as well as the human-readable documentation.

This will likely become irrelevant if we do #4.

Or maybe even some other WSAPI that allows us to access sets of files from known location.

This is necessary in order for PUT and DELETE to be able to address the records correctly. (In the old code, the id in the app-source record that is serialised into mod-configuration's value field is separate from the true id in the mod-configuration record.)
