Change function/method names from camelCase to camel_case

Add an email sender class. Requirements:

• Sendmail and SMTP
• Queuing of mail
• Setting email for a future delivery date
• Might want to build a CLI tool for processing the queue

It was a good experiment but I've decided to not go that route. Need to remove them and fix the storage classes.

Need to create unit tests for existing code and determine process for creating them in the future.

• Remove _COOKIE sanitation. It will be used so seldom that the model that actually uses it should deal with it.
• Change _POST, _GET, _REQUEST to post, get, request. Typing it is too annoying otherwise
• _REQUEST isn't currently be populated.

• Change add_user to add_users but continue to allow a singular user to be passed
• Change remove_user to remove_users with the above stipulation
