More scalable and easier to work with

Currently the only way to close the settings drawer is to touch offscreen. This is not intuitive for some users.

• Add a button which closes the drawer.

As a user it would be nice to be able to save tasty salads for future reference.

• Add a new db collection for this
• Add ui to control viewing, saving, and deleting salads.

Add a basic readme which will inform users about the project, contributing guidelines, etc.

Checkboxes:

• Pescetarian
• Vegetarian
• Vegan
• Low carb
• Dairy free
• Soy free
• Gluten free
• Nuts

Dropdown:

• Default salad
• Grains-forward
• Veggies mostly

Search rankings are not good right now. Do research into which keywords to target and then improve SEO

Often a user will get a salad which has mostly ingredients which are good, but a few weird ones that don't combo well.

Adding the ability to regenerate specific ingredients will let users have more control over their salads.

When installed on devices, the current app title is "React App". Fix this.
