At the moment the documentation is slightly inaccurate in that it assume you have already "installed" Craft (create all the tables, a site and an admin user).

We need a way of automating this so it can be part of the initial deploy (or part of every deploy and it is skipped if already installed).

You can do most of it with:

php craft install

But it still requires some user intervention.

As detailed in Deployment we need a command to automate the following:

1. Get the ClearDB database URL: heroku config:get CLEAR_DATABASE_URL
2. Perform some matching to get the following 4 matches: mysql://{$0}:{$1}@{$2}.cleardb.net/{$3}?reconnect=true
3. Do the following with the matches: heroku config:set DB_HOSTNAME=$0 etc.

This should just be a one-liner (or maybe it's own bash script?) to simplify as much as possible.

Need to make Craft log to stderr for Heroku - can be done like so:
