Fix the bug with a 1969 date in the summary table.

Need to implement a checkbox immediately under "Shipping Address" header which says
"Same as Billing" beside it. If checked, shipping should populate with exactly the same data as Billing, and make it read only. Unchecking it, should make it editable again.
