If statement is not working on github deploy workflow

Describe the bug
The if statement doesn't skip the gatsby publish workflow on github/workflows/deploy.yml

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
It's reproducible only on push to master, but you can change the branches on the workflow so you can make one for test.

Expected behavior
It should not run the deploy workflow,(anything below the job for testing purposes) when pushing to master (any other testing branch) with a commit including [skip dp] in it.

Navbar Brand and dark mode icon are not following the dark mode rules.

Describe the bug
The navbar brand and the sun or moon icon are not following the rules of dark mode tailwindcss.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'mikadifo.com/'
  2. Click on 'Moon icon or Sun Icon'
  3. Reload the page once you're in dark mode.
  4. See that the brand name turns dark and the icon changes to moon.

Expected behavior
The brand name should be white in dark mode and dark in light mode. The dark mode icon should be a Moon in Light mode and a Sun in dark mode.
