Error CS0246: The type or namespace name could not be found

Debugging the PartsClient on VS for MAC 17.3 preview I'm receiving these errors:

  • ViewModels/AddPartViewModel.cs => using Android.Service.Autofill;
  • ViewModels/PartsViewModel.cs => using AndroidX.Interpolator.View.Animation;
  • Data/Partsmanager.cs => using using Android.Runtime;

Commenting these usings everything seems to work on both android and ios.

XFC0045 - Error on Build

Binding: Property DeletePartCommand not found on "PartsClient.ViewModels.AddPartViewModel".

I found a small bug that causes a build error. It seems that the DeletePart() and DoneEditing() methods in the AddPartViewModel class are missing the [RelayCommand] attribute.

CS0246 - Error on Build

Error:	CS0246
Description: The type or namespace name 'AndroidX' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)
Project: PartsClient (net6.0-ios), PartsClient (net6.0-maccatalyst), PartsClient (net6.0-windows10.0.19041.0)

Following the instructions for MS Learn in the section "Perform a GET operation to retrieve information for parts" of module "Exercise - Consume a REST service with HttpClient" I attempted to run the debugger and got this error. The debugger pointed to

using AndroidX.Interpolator.View.Animation;

in the PartsViewModel.cs file as the issue. hovering over the statement VS indicates the namespace is available in the project.
For clarity, I was building / debugging for Windows, not Android, at the time.

Please be kind if I have missed something obvious.

Running VS 2022 Community v17.3 preview 2

Parts list is not displayed on load

Hi I have downloaded the code and API is working fine, went through the debug and saw that the data is returned, but it doesn't display the list.

I have tested on VS 2022, with Android emulator Pixel 5 API 33 and windows machine but neither of them worked.

Have a missed a step?

Thanks

Ryan.
