Bug: `workpatterns_classify()` plot inaccurate with extreme working hours about wpa HOT 2 CLOSED

This is a proposed solution for an extreme hour setting. See PR #175 for the implementation:

Output archetypes may be misrepresented as the total number of hours is greater than or equal to 12.

Additional changes:

• Ensure dynamic treatment also applies for the lower end, i.e. working hours equal to 3.
• For the message, explicitly state that the output archetypes/categories have been reduced as a result of extreme hours.
• Create an informative error message for the really extreme cases, i.e. 1 hour working time and 23 hour working time, which an error message would yield anyway.
