vscode-extension-recommender's Issues

Pipeline fails for Node 16

Node 12 and 14 work, but 16 (16.17.1 x64) fails with:

worker.js onmessage() captured an uncaught exception: ReferenceError: ortWasmThreaded is not defined
worker sent an error! undefined:undefined: ortWasmThreaded is not defined

Could reproduce locally with Node v16.17.1

Could not reproduce in GitHub actions, where Node 16 (v16.17.1 x64) passes just fine.

NPM package misses index.js

Error: Cannot find module '…/recommender-playground/node_modules/@vscode/vscode-extension-recommender/dist/index.js'. Please verify that the package.json has a valid "main" entry

Looks like the dist/ folder only contains index.d.ts, no lib/ folder.
