Migrate to Manifest V3

Google is removing support for manifest v2 in June 2022, as such it is necessary for extensions to migrate to manifest v3 before then.

Hi! Gather dev here --

This is fantastic and I love it XD

Just fyi, we're going to fix the ability to teleport soonish (in favor of the new named spawn tiles that you can respawn to), so it will break this implementation but most of the stuff will still be possible. Will send more details here a week before that happens.

Gather Town has moved function gameSpace.teleport to game.teleport.
And some issues about game.teleport, changes to space, x, y, to teleport correct position.
